Terms of Service & Refund Policy

By creating an account or placing an order on TopVoteBot, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before using the service.


1. The service

We deliver votes to the Site ID you provide, based on the amount you purchase. When you start an order we record your Site ID's current votes and set a target (your current votes plus the amount you bought), then work to reach that target.


2. Payments & wallet

Payments are made in cryptocurrency through BTCPay Server. Funds you add are stored as a balance in your account wallet, and are spent when you press Start on an order. Prices are shown in USD; the exact crypto amount is calculated at checkout. Unspent wallet balance stays in your account until you use it.


3. Delivery guarantee

We guarantee delivery of the votes you order. Every order is tracked from its starting point to its target so you can follow progress in your dashboard. An order is Completed once its target is reached.


4. Refund policy

  • Completed orders are non-refundable. Because we guarantee delivery, once an order has been completed (its target reached) it is final and cannot be refunded.
  • If we can't fix or deliver your order, you get refunded. If for any reason we are unable to complete an order, the amount is refunded to your wallet balance, which you can use on another order or leave in your account.
  • Because cryptocurrency payments are irreversible, refunds are issued as wallet balance rather than back to the original coin.

5. Privacy & data

  • We don't track you. We don't run behavioural tracking or profiling of your activity - we only keep what's needed to run your orders.
  • We don't share your data. Your information is never sold or shared with third-party services.
  • Everything is secure and encrypted. Traffic is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and account access is protected.
  • The only data we hold is what the service needs: your email address, your orders, and your wallet balance.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to provide valid Site IDs and to use the service in good faith. Abuse, fraud, or attempts to manipulate the service may result in your order being cancelled and your account suspended.


7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
